1. Submitting a Cancellation Request

support team. All requests should include the customer's account details and reason for cancellation to
facilitate a
smooth process.
2. Options for Return
Upon receiving your cancellation request, you have two options for the return of your accumulated gold:
a. Physical Gold
- Delivery of Physical Gold: You can choose to receive the physical gold you have
accumulated. The delivery will be arranged based on the weight of
the gold accumulated up to the date of your cancellation request.
- Delivery Charges: Any shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer and will be
deducted from the total value of the gold being
delivered. We ensure secure packaging and reliable delivery services to maintain the quality and safety
of your gold.
b. Monetary Equivalent
- Market Value Calculation:Alternatively, you can opt to receive the monetary equivalent of
your accumulated gold. The amount will be calculated
based on the current market price of gold at the time your cancellation request is processed.
- Transfer Method: The monetary equivalent will be transferred to your registered bank
account or via another mutually agreed-upon method.
We ensure timely and secure transactions to facilitate this process.
3. Processing Time
- Standard Processing:Cancellation requests are typically processed within 10 business days
from the date of submission. We strive to handle
all requests efficiently to ensure a quick resolution.
- Expedited Processing: For urgent cancellations, expedited processing is available upon
request for an additional fee. This service is subject
to availability and feasibility.
4. Fees and Charges
- Cancellation Fee:A standard cancellation fee of 1% of the total value of the accumulated
gold, whichever is
higher, will be deducted. This fee covers administrative costs associated with the cancellation
process.
- Administrative Charges: Additional administrative charges may apply, and these will be
communicated to you at the time of your cancellation
request.
5. Conditions
- Account Verification:All cancellation requests are subject to verification of your account
details to ensure compliance with Kekaya Gold’s
terms and conditions. This step is crucial to prevent unauthorized cancellations.
- Outstanding Dues: Any outstanding dues or liabilities must be cleared before the
cancellation process can be completed. We will notify you
of any such dues upon receiving your request.
6. Non-Refundable Contributions
- Promotional Offers:Any gold accumulated through promotional offers, bonuses, or special
schemes is non-refundable and will not be included
in the return calculation. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our promotional
